Joe joined the Wayzata Marine family in 2000. He grew up water skiing and spent as much time on the water as he possibly could. He enjoys boating with his wife and three beautiful children as often as he can. Joe is very meticulous about finding the right boat for every family that he works with. Whether it’s a new Chaparral, Tige or that perfect pre-owned boat, Joe will make sure it’s right for you.

Bob Geiger - Boating Consultant
Bob began his career with Wayzata Marine in 2002. In his 6 years as a boating consultant, he has helped countless families into the world of boating; priding himself in making the experience of purchasing a new boat easy, comfortable, and fun. His primary focus is Chaparral and Tige Boats, and his first hand experience on the water with his own family makes him the perfect choice to help you into your next, or first, boat. Bob firmly believes he doesn’t just sell boats; rather he sells time with family, relaxation, and memories that will last a lifetime.

Charlie Swanson - Boating Consultant
Charlie started his marine industry career in 1979 at the Minnetonka Boatworks painting the bottom of wooden boats. In 1985 he furthered his career by moving into various sales roles. Charlie has been helping families in their search for the right boat, ever since. He joined the Wayzata & Minnetonka Marine team in 1996, where he now specializes in Four Winns, Chris Craft and Tiara Yachts. Charlie is a life long resident of the Lake Minnetonka area and loves spending time on the water with his wife and two sons.

Tony Carlson - Boating Consultant
Tony Carlson, a husband and father of two, was born and raised in this community, graduate of Wayzata High School, served in the United States Navy, and attended the University of Minnesota. He’s an avid boater and has been for more than 25 years. Tony began working with Minnetonka & Wayzata Marine in January 2003 as a Sales Coordinator. He has since developed into a Boating Consultant sharing his knowledge of boating and Lake Minnetonka with families as they search for the boat that best fits their needs. Tony’s expertise is in Four Winns, Chris Craft and Tiara Yachts.

Ron Christensen - Boating Consultant
Ron, a Lake Minnetonka resident, has been boating for 35 years. He spends countless hours on the water with his wife and children. He came to Wayzata & Minnetonka Marine 6 years ago to share his love of boating with others. He can assist you with finding a Four Winns, Chris Craft or Tiara Yacht that best fits your boating style. Ron can be found at our Lake Minnetonka location on Brown's Bay.

Rob Alvarado - Boating Consultant
It was called the "Royal Flush"; a 1970 Skiff Craft Flybridge with Mandarin orange accents and an American Flag fluttering at the rear. It was his favorite past time, boating on Lake Minnetonka with his grandfather. This was Rob’s first experience with boats and it has encouraged a career in the boating industry. Rob is the newest member to the Minnetonka Marine family but his experience with boats is far reaching. Additionally, Rob is committed to offering the same memories and experiences he had growing up boating on Lake Minnetonka. Four Winns, Chris Craft and Tiara Yachts are among the brands Rob is pleased to offer at the Minnetonka Marine store. Much like the storybook memories of Rob's past; owning a new boat can create new family memories for your future.
